Mother's Day PSA 2025...

• These arrangements are only available for Mother's Day 2024 weekend (Thursday-Sunday). If ordered outside of this time, we will do our best to replicate the style and colour palette, but specific colours and products cannot be guaranteed. The same goes if you decide to order off our everyday menu. We spend a lot of time planning our holiday collections and hope that you will enjoy them. If you order outside of our menu, we cannot guarantee to have all ingredients available.
• Please pre-order. Mother's Day is our busiest time and early orders allow us to not only priortize on a first come first served basis but also allows us to plan and organize for efficiency. Orders will be cut-off on May 10th at 5pm. 
• No delivery time guarantees: We are unable to guarantee any specific delivery times as we use a 3rd party delivery service that plans their routes for efficency. Deliveries will operate between 10am and 5pm
• In-shop pick-up: Pickups are available at 898 Dundas between 10 and 5pm. Free parking is located across the street at the Western Fair Market.
• No order photos/communications: This is our busiest week for orders so to ensure maximum focus on our design work, we are unable to send photos. If you have an issue with any order, please send an email with photos and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not send DMs with requests as these messages will not be monitored.
